This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit Hop ("we", "us", "the app") handles information when you use our mobile game. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect Directly

Orbit Hop itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information about you. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal data to play.

The following data is stored only on your device using local storage and never transmitted to us:

• Your high score
• Sound preferences (muted or unmuted)
• Game progress counters (number of deaths, used for ad pacing)
• Purchase status (whether you have removed ads)

This data is cleared when you uninstall the app.

2. Advertising — Google AdMob

Orbit Hop displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device to deliver and measure ads, including:

• Device identifiers — such as your Android Advertising ID (AAID), which is a resettable identifier provided by your device
• IP address — for geographic targeting and fraud prevention
• App interaction data — when ads are shown, clicked, or completed
• Device information — model, operating system version, language, country

This data is used by Google to:

• Serve relevant advertisements
• Measure ad performance
• Prevent ad fraud and abuse
• Provide aggregated analytics to advertisers and publishers

You can control how this data is used by Google through your device's privacy settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID"

3. Children's Privacy

Orbit Hop is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The app does not contain features specifically targeted at children, such as in-app messaging, social features, or user-generated content.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Parents who wish to restrict advertising content for their children can use Google Family Link or device-level parental controls.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any user data to third parties. The only third party with access to information generated through your use of Orbit Hop is Google AdMob, as described in Section 2 above, and only for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements.

5. Data Security

Because Orbit Hop does not transmit data to our own servers, there is no central database that could be compromised. All gameplay data remains on your device under the protection of your device's operating system. Data collected by Google AdMob is protected under Google's security infrastructure.

6. In-App Purchases

Orbit Hop offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Google's billing service is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

7. Permissions

Orbit Hop requests the following Android permissions:

• Internet access — required to load advertisements
• Network state — to detect when ads can be loaded
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob as described above

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permissions.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Uninstall the app at any time, which removes all locally stored data
• Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device settings
• Opt out of personalized advertising through Google's controls
• Contact us with any questions or concerns about your data

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
